Sinead Kiernan

Vice President, Head of Pricing and Structuring, PMI Europe

As Head of Pricing and Structuring, Sinead Kiernan’s responsibilities include pricing and modeling of all transactions sourced by PMI Europe. She works closely with PMI’s customers, legal department, and business development teams to document and execute transactions.

Kiernan joined PMI Europe in 2004 from Centre Re, where she operated across several business lines as Vice President and Actuary. She has worked in Ireland, Bermuda, and France.

Kiernan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. She is also an affiliate member of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
